Challenge Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 24, 2026

Important notice: By purchasing and participating in any NewEraProp Challenge, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Challenge Terms”) govern your participation in any Challenge (evaluation phase) product offered by NewEraProp through the website neweraprop.com (“Company”, “we”, “us”).

1.2 By purchasing a Challenge and/or clicking “I Agree” at the point of purchase, you (“User”, “Trader”) confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Challenge Terms, as well as the Company’s General Terms and Conditions.

1.3 These Challenge Terms apply to the Challenges for Traders, a two-phase evaluation program (Phase 1 and Phase 2) subject to the trading parameters set out below. Instant Pro and Instant Match accounts are funded from the outset and have no Challenge phase; they are governed by the Funded Account Terms and, for the Instant Match, by Section 22 of the General Terms and Conditions.

2. Nature of the Service

2.1 The Challenge is a simulated trading evaluation program designed to assess the User’s trading performance, discipline, and risk management skills.

2.2 No real capital is provided to the User during the Challenge phase. All trading activity takes place within a simulated or demo environment using virtual funds.

2.3 Participation in the Challenge does not constitute employment, investment management, or any regulated financial activity.

2.4 The User acknowledges that participation in the Challenge does not guarantee progression to a funded account or any financial benefit.

3. Purchase and Fees

3.1 The Challenge is paid per step, at the prices displayed on the Website at the time of purchase: the Phase 1 fee is paid at purchase; the Phase 2 fee is payable only once Phase 1 has been passed; the funded activation fee is payable only once Phase 2 has been passed. Each fee is non-refundable.

AccountPhase 1Phase 2Funded activationTotal if funded
$10,000$30$40$220$290
$25,000$75$100$550$725
$50,000$150$200$1,100$1,450
$100,000$300$400$2,200$2,900
$200,000$600$800$4,400$5,800

3.2 All fees are stated in United States Dollars (USD). Where payment is made in another currency or cryptocurrency, the applicable conversion rate at the time of transaction applies.

3.3 All Challenge purchases are final and non-refundable. By completing payment, you waive any right to a refund in respect of that Challenge, regardless of the outcome.

3.4 The Company reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Such changes will not affect already purchased Challenges.

4. Challenge Types and Specific Trading Parameters

The following parameters apply to each respective Challenge product. The User must comply fully with the parameters applicable to their selected product. Any breach of these parameters may result in immediate disqualification without refund.

4.1 Challenges for Traders — Phase 1 and Phase 2

The following parameters apply to both phases. Phase 2 is carried out on the same account number, under the same rules:

ParameterValue
Challenge TypeTwo-phase — Phase 1 and Phase 2
Profit Target3% of initial account balance, in each phase
Daily Loss Limit3%, calculated on equity at 00:00 UTC
Maximum Loss Limit6%, static, calculated on the starting balance
Minimum Trading DaysNone
Time LimitNone
Profit Split (funded)70% to Trader / 30% to Company
Consistency Rule30% — Single-day profit must not exceed 30% of total cumulative profit
Account EnvironmentDemo / Simulated Environment

4.1.1 The daily loss limit is calculated on the account equity at 00:00 UTC each day.

4.1.2 If the User’s account equity falls below the maximum loss threshold at any point, the account will be immediately disqualified.

4.1.3 Holding positions overnight during the week is permitted. Positions must not be held over the weekend.

4.2 Consistency Rule

4.2.1 Consistency Rule — Detailed Explanation: The 30% Consistency Rule is designed to ensure that a Trader’s profits are distributed across multiple trading sessions rather than concentrated in a single exceptional day.

4.2.2 Mechanism: If the highest single-day profit recorded by the Trader exceeds 30% of their total cumulative profit at any point during the Challenge, the system will automatically increase the required profit target (the “high-water-mark”). The Trader must then earn sufficient additional profit to satisfy the adjusted target.

4.2.3 Calculation basis: Only closed trades are counted for the purposes of the Consistency Rule. The calculation is recalculated dynamically after each closed trade.

4.2.4 Example: If a Trader’s total cumulative profit is $1,000 and their best single-day profit was $350 (35%), the system will increase the required profit target until the single-day proportion falls to or below 30% of the new total.

4.2.5 The tight daily drawdown limit (3%) and maximum drawdown limit (6%) reflect the design intent of this challenge. Traders are expected to demonstrate tighter risk management.

4.3 Consistency Rule — Verification Timing: Consistency rules apply to this Challenge. The Trader acknowledges and agrees that compliance with the applicable consistency requirements will be calculated and verified by the Company once the account reaches funded status. Any failure to satisfy the consistency requirements identified at that stage may affect the Trader's eligibility for payouts and/or continued access to the funded account, in accordance with the Funded Phase Terms and Conditions.

5. User Status during Challenge

5.1 During the Challenge phase, the User is not a funded trader and has no entitlement to payouts, compensation, or profit distributions of any kind.

5.2 The Challenge environment uses simulated capital only. No real financial positions are opened on behalf of the User in live markets.

5.3 The User is not an employee, agent, or contractor of the Company during any phase of the evaluation.

6. KYC Requirements

6.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is not mandatory during the Challenge phase. However, completion of KYC will be required before the User can access a funded account.

6.2 The User acknowledges that failure to complete KYC verification at the funded stage will result in denial of funded account access, regardless of Challenge performance.

6.3 The Company reserves the right to request identity verification at any stage, including during the Challenge phase, if fraud or regulatory compliance concerns arise.

7. Trading Rules and General Restrictions

7.1 The User must trade in a manner consistent with genuine market analysis and sound risk management principles.

7.2 The following trading practices are strictly prohibited across all Challenge programs:

  1. Hedging: Opening opposing positions on the same account, or across multiple accounts held by the same individual or coordinated group;
  2. High-Frequency Trading (HFT): Use of automated systems designed to exploit latency or speed advantages rather than genuine market opportunity;
  3. Account Sharing: Permitting any third party to access, operate, or manage the Challenge account;
  4. Shared IP Address Across Different Accounts: It is strictly forbidden for two or more distinct registered customers to operate their respective Challenge accounts from the same IP address. Every account must be accessed solely from network connections attributable to its registered account holder. Where the same IP address is detected across accounts registered to different individuals, the Company will treat this as conclusive evidence of prohibited conduct — including but not limited to third-party account management, copy trading services, signal provision, or coordinated trading schemes. All implicated accounts will be subject to immediate disqualification, and no refund will be issued;
  5. System Exploitation: Engaging in any trading strategy specifically designed to exploit technical weaknesses, pricing errors, or system latencies;
  6. Copy Trading: Copying trades to or from any other account, using signal services, or mirroring trades in any form;
  7. News Trading: Trading around High-Impact news events, as defined in Section 23 of the General Terms and Conditions;
  8. Weekend Holding: Holding positions over the weekend;
  9. Prohibited Strategies: Tick scalping, grid trading abuse, and similar strategies as defined in the Company’s current trading policy.

7.3 Any breach of the above rules will result in immediate disqualification, account termination, and forfeiture of any fees paid. No refund will be issued.

8. Progression to Funded Stage

8.1 Upon successful completion of all applicable Challenge parameters (including profit target where applicable, drawdown compliance, and consistency requirements), the User may be eligible to progress to the funded account stage.

8.2 Progression is subject to the following conditions:

  1. All trading rules must have been observed throughout the Challenge period;
  2. Successful completion and approval of KYC verification;
  3. The Company’s internal review and approval of the User’s Challenge performance.

8.3 The Company retains full and absolute discretion in determining eligibility to progress to the funded stage. Completion of Challenge parameters does not create an automatic or contractual entitlement to a funded account.

8.4 Users who progress to the funded stage will be required to accept the Funded Phase Terms and Conditions as a condition of access.

9. No Guarantees

9.1 The Company makes no representations or warranties regarding the likelihood of success, profit, or progression through the evaluation program.

9.2 The Challenge is an assessment tool. The Company does not guarantee that any Trader who passes the Challenge will be a profitable trader in live market conditions.

9.3 The Company shall not be responsible for any expectation of financial gain that a User may have formed as a result of marketing materials, testimonials, or third-party representations.

10. Account Reset Policy

10.1 Where the Company offers an account reset option, this will be communicated on the Website. Any reset is subject to additional fees as applicable.

10.2 An account reset does not retroactively modify the history of a disqualified account or override any breach of trading rules.

11. Company Rights

11.1 The Company reserves the right to monitor all trading activity, account performance, and technical behaviour at any time.

11.2 The Company may modify, suspend, or terminate any Challenge account at any time, without prior notice, in response to suspected violations, technical issues, or changes to program parameters.

11.3 The Company may update the trading rules, challenge parameters, or program structure at any time. Any such changes will apply to future Challenge purchases.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 The Company shall not be liable for any losses, lost opportunity, technical failures, data loss, or interruptions to service arising in connection with the Challenge.

12.2 The User’s sole remedy in respect of any dispute regarding the Challenge is a review of their account data by the Company’s support team. The Company’s determination shall be final.

13. Governing Terms

13.1 These Challenge Terms are supplemental to the Company’s General Terms and Conditions, which take precedence in the event of any conflict.

13.2 By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have also read and accepted the General Terms and Conditions of neweraprop.com.
