1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Funded Terms”) govern access to and use of funded trading accounts provided by NewEraProp (“Company”, “we”, “us”) to qualifying Traders through the website neweraprop.com.
1.2 Instant Pro and Instant Match accounts are available immediately upon purchase, with no evaluation phase. For the Challenge, access to a funded account is granted only after the Trader has passed both phases, paid the activation fee, and passed KYC verification.
1.3 By accepting these Funded Terms, you (“Trader”, “User”) confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms, together with the Company’s General Terms and Conditions.
1.4 These Funded Terms apply to the following programs:
- Instant Pro — Traders who purchase an Instant Pro account;
- Instant Match — Traders who purchase an Instant Match account, which is funded from the outset with no Challenge phase;
- Challenges for Traders — Funded Phase — Traders who have completed the Challenges for Traders evaluation.
2. Nature of the Funded Account
2.1 Instant Pro accounts are executed on real market conditions through LP, using capital allocated by the Company. Instant Match accounts and funded accounts obtained through the Challenge operate within a simulated or proprietary trading environment, in which the Company provides access to virtual trading capital for the purpose of demonstrating trading performance.
2.2 The Trader does not deposit personal capital into the funded account. All funds allocated to the account are proprietary to the Company.
2.3 The Company retains full ownership and control over the funded account at all times. The Trader’s access is conditional and may be revoked at any time in accordance with these Terms.
2.4 Participation in the funded program does not create an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, or any form of financial services agreement between the Trader and the Company.
2.5 The Trader acknowledges that no capital of their own is managed through the funded account. The capital allocated to Instant Pro accounts belongs to the Company, and Instant Match and Challenge funded accounts are part of a proprietary trading simulation program.
3. Funded Programs and Specific Trading Parameters
The following parameters govern the funded phase for each respective program. Compliance with these parameters is mandatory at all times.
3.1 Instant Pro — Funded Parameters
The following parameters apply to Traders who hold an Instant Pro account:
| Parameter | Value |
|---|---|
| Program | Instant Pro |
| Daily Loss Limit | None |
| Maximum Drawdown | 6%, static on the account size (the “Floor”); the Floor does not trail |
| Profit Target | None |
| Time Limit | None |
| Minimum Trading Days | None |
| Consistency Rule | None |
| Profit Split | 70% at the start, rising with each scaling step up to 100% |
| Payouts | Daily, on request, from $50 of gross profit |
| Account Environment | Real market execution through LP |
3.1.1 Floor. The Floor is set 6% below the current account size (for example, $94,000 on a $100,000 account). It does not move as equity rises: any profit above the starting size adds to the room between the equity and the Floor.
3.1.2 Scaling. Each time the account reaches +12% on its current size, the account size doubles, up to a maximum of $1,000,000; the Floor resets 6% below the new size; and the profit split moves up one level: 70%, 80%, 90%, 95%. The 100% level is reserved for the $1,000,000 account size. An account that starts at $1,000,000 moves up one split level at every +12%, up to 100%.
3.1.3 Payouts. A payout may be requested on any day, from $50 of gross profit, including on the same day as the first winning trade. No consistency rule and no minimum number of trading days apply. The Trader’s share is calculated at the profit split applicable when the payout is requested. KYC verification must be completed before the first payout.
3.1.4 Permitted trading. On Instant Pro, the Trader may trade the news, copy trade, use Expert Advisors, hold positions overnight and over weekends, and trade without any time limit.
3.1.5 Breach. An Instant Pro account is breached by closing below the Floor, by hedging across different accounts, or by sharing the account with any other person. No other trading rule applies. The prohibitions on abusive conduct in Section 5 — high-frequency trading, shared IP addresses, system exploitation, and market manipulation — continue to apply.
3.1.6 Account sizes and fees. Instant Pro is available in the following sizes, each for a one-time fee:
| Account size | Fee |
|---|---|
| $5,000 | $333 |
| $10,000 | $666 |
| $25,000 | $1,665 |
| $50,000 | $3,331 |
| $100,000 | $6,662 |
| $200,000 | $13,324 |
| $500,000 | $33,311 |
| $1,000,000 | $66,622 |
3.2 Instant Match — Funded Parameters
The following parameters apply to Traders who hold an Instant Match account, which is funded from the outset and has no Challenge phase. The Instant Match may be used exclusively for match trading through the FlowConnectApp platform, in accordance with Section 22 of the General Terms and Conditions.
| Parameter | Value |
|---|---|
| Program | Instant Match |
| Daily Drawdown Limit | 4% of account balance |
| Maximum Drawdown Limit | 8% of initial account balance |
| Profit Target | None — no mandatory profit target |
| Profit Split | 70% to Trader / 30% to Company |
| Consistency Rule | Not applicable |
| Account Environment | Simulated / Proprietary Trading Environment |
3.2.1 The payout cadence and the match-trading obligations set out in Section 22 of the General Terms and Conditions apply equally to the Instant Match.
3.3 Challenges for Traders — Funded Phase
The following parameters apply to Traders who have successfully completed the Challenges for Traders evaluation phase:
| Parameter | Value |
|---|---|
| Program | Challenges for Traders — Funded |
| Daily Loss Limit | 3%, calculated on equity at 00:00 UTC |
| Maximum Loss Limit | 6%, static, calculated on the starting balance |
| Profit Target | None — no mandatory profit target during funded phase |
| Profit Split | 70% to Trader / 30% to Company |
| Payouts | Every 7 days |
| Consistency Rule | Not applicable |
| Account Environment | Simulated / Proprietary Trading Environment |
3.3.1 Holding positions overnight during the week is permitted. Trading around High-Impact news events, copy trading, holding positions over the weekend, and hedging, on one account or across accounts, are prohibited.
3.4 News calendar and reference time zones. All Traders operating in the Funded Phase are informed that the economic calendar available within the New Era Prop dashboard uses UTC+0 as its sole reference time zone. It is the Trader’s responsibility to verify and apply the correct time zone corresponding to their geographical location before executing any trading activity. For Traders residing or operating from Italy, the current local time zone is UTC+2; accordingly, all times displayed in the economic calendar must be interpreted by adding two (2) hours to the time shown on the dashboard — for example, an event scheduled for 12:00 (UTC+0) corresponds to 14:00 (UTC+2) in Italy. The No Trading News rule is active during the Funded Phase, and every Trader is required to review the economic calendar before entering the market and to fully comply with all trading restrictions applicable around macroeconomic news events. Failure to verify the correct time zone or to comply with the No Trading News rule shall remain the sole responsibility of the Trader, shall not be attributed to New Era Prop, and shall not constitute grounds for dispute, review, reversal, or cancellation of any action taken in accordance with the Company’s Terms and Conditions. This clause does not apply to Instant Pro accounts, on which trading around news events is permitted.
4. KYC Requirements
4.1 Completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification is mandatory. For Instant Pro accounts, KYC must be completed before the first payout. For all other funded accounts, no funded account will be made available to a Trader who has not completed and passed KYC verification.
4.2 KYC may include submission of government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and any other documentation required by the Company’s compliance procedures.
4.3 Failure or refusal to complete KYC verification will result in denial of funded account access, and no compensation or refund of Challenge fees will be applicable.
4.4 The Company reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation at any time during the funded phase. Failure to comply may result in suspension of the funded account.
5. Trading Rules and Restrictions
5.1 The Trader must comply with all trading rules and risk parameters established by the Company at all times. These rules are designed to ensure responsible trading conduct and protect the integrity of the funded program.
5.2 The following activities are strictly prohibited during the funded phase:
- Hedging: Opening opposing positions across accounts held by the same individual or coordinated parties;
- High-Frequency Trading (HFT): Use of automated systems exploiting speed or latency advantages;
- Account Sharing: Sharing access credentials or allowing any third party to operate the funded account;
- Shared IP Address Across Different Funded Accounts: It is strictly prohibited for two or more distinct registered Traders to access or operate their respective funded accounts from the same IP address. Each funded account must be accessed exclusively from network connections that can be attributed to its registered account holder. The Company actively monitors IP address data across all funded accounts. Where the same IP address is identified across accounts registered to different individuals, the Company will treat this as prima facie evidence of prohibited conduct — including but not limited to third-party account management, the operation of a commercial trading service or signal service, or other forms of coordinated trading activity. All accounts associated with such activity will be immediately and permanently terminated, and all pending payouts will be forfeited;
- System Exploitation: Any strategy designed to exploit technical weaknesses, pricing errors, or platform latencies;
- Manipulation: Any form of market manipulation, wash trading, or circular trading;
- Prohibited Strategies: As defined in the Company’s current funded account trading policy, including tick scalping, grid trading abuse, and, except on Instant Pro accounts, trading around High-Impact news events.
5.3 The Company may update the list of prohibited activities and trading rules at any time. It is the Trader’s responsibility to remain informed of current rules.
6. Drawdown Rules — Detailed Explanation
6.1 Daily Drawdown Limit (3%): The maximum permitted loss in a single trading day is 3% of the account balance. This limit is calculated from the account’s equity at 00:00 UTC. No daily loss limit applies to Instant Pro accounts.
6.2 Maximum Drawdown Limit (6%): The maximum permitted total loss from the initial funded account balance is 6%. If the account equity at any point falls below this threshold (calculated from the initial funded balance), the account will be immediately suspended.
6.2.1 For the Instant Match, the corresponding limits are a daily drawdown of 4% and a maximum drawdown of 8%, as set out in clause 3.2; all other provisions of this Section apply unchanged.
6.2.2 For Instant Pro, the maximum drawdown is the static Floor described in clause 3.1, which resets 6% below the new account size at each scaling step. Where this Section conflicts with clause 3.1, clause 3.1 prevails.
6.3 Both drawdown limits are monitored in real-time. Breach of either limit will result in automatic account suspension regardless of the circumstances.
6.4 The Trader accepts sole responsibility for managing their trading positions to remain within both drawdown parameters at all times, including during periods of high market volatility.
7. Payout Conditions
7.1 Subject to compliance with all trading rules and these Terms, the Trader shall be entitled to receive a share of net profits generated in the funded account, in accordance with the profit split applicable to their program (70% to Trader, rising up to 100% on Instant Pro through scaling, as set out in clause 3.1).
7.2 Payout requests must be submitted through the Company’s designated platform and are subject to internal review and approval.
7.3 Payout requests may be submitted daily on Instant Pro (from $50 of gross profit), every 7 days on funded accounts obtained through the Challenge, and every 7 business days on Instant Match. Payouts are processed as communicated on the Company’s platform. The Company reserves the right to adjust payout processing timelines with reasonable notice.
7.4 Payouts are made in cryptocurrency using the methods available on the Company’s platform at the time of processing. All amounts are calculated in USD.
7.5 The Company retains full discretion in approving payout requests and may defer or decline a payout request pending investigation of suspected rule violations or unusual trading activity.
7.6 Any payout request submitted in connection with a funded account that has been operated in breach of these Terms shall be void. Previously paid-out amounts may also be subject to recovery where fraud or misrepresentation is confirmed.
8. Breach and Violations
8.1 Any breach of these Terms, the trading rules, or the Company’s General Terms and Conditions will result in immediate termination of the funded account.
8.2 Upon termination due to breach, all rights associated with the funded account, including any pending or future payout entitlements, are immediately and permanently forfeited.
8.3 The Company reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or recover any previously processed payouts where a breach is identified retrospectively.
8.4 Examples of violations that will result in account termination include, but are not limited to: exceeding drawdown limits, engaging in prohibited trading strategies, failing KYC requirements, sharing account access, and providing false information.
9. Company Control and Monitoring
9.1 The Company reserves the right to monitor all trading activity on funded accounts at any time, including but not limited to trading strategy analysis, order flow review, and IP address verification.
9.2 The Company may suspend, investigate, or terminate any funded account at any time and without prior notice if it suspects a breach of these Terms or applicable rules.
9.3 The Company may impose additional restrictions or requirements on specific accounts based on trading behaviour or risk assessment at its sole discretion.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 The Company shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or financial harm arising from the Trader’s trading activity, technical failures, platform interruptions, market conditions, or any other event beyond the Company’s reasonable control.
10.2 The Company shall not be liable for any lost profits, missed trading opportunities, or consequences of account suspension or termination carried out in accordance with these Terms.
10.3 The Trader acknowledges that trading involves substantial risk and that the funded program does not guarantee profitability.
11. Termination of Funded Access
11.1 Access to the funded account may be terminated at any time at the Company’s sole discretion, including but not limited to:
- Breach of trading rules or these Terms;
- Failure to maintain required KYC status;
- Extended periods of trading inactivity;
- The Company’s decision to discontinue the relevant program.
11.2 Where termination is not due to a breach by the Trader, any legitimately earned and approved payouts prior to termination will be honoured in accordance with standard payout procedures.
12. Modifications
12.1 The Company reserves the right to amend these Funded Terms, trading parameters, payout conditions, or profit split arrangements at any time.
12.2 Any changes will be communicated through the Website or directly to Traders. Continued use of the funded account following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Terms
13.1 These Funded Terms are supplemental to the Company’s General Terms and Conditions, which take precedence in the event of any conflict.
13.2 By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have also read and accepted the General Terms and Conditions of neweraprop.com.
